INSTRUCTOR, PRACTICAL NURSE PROGRAM

As an instructor, you will provide learners with knowledge and skills required for employment in a variety of health care settings in the Wetaskiwin and surrounding areas. You will instruct and supervise our students, and perform student evaluations in a combination of either theory, laboratory or clinical settings, playing a primary role in assisting students to understand the scope of practice of the practical nurse in Alberta.
NOTE: There is one (1) position available:
- 1 Full-time (1.0 FTE) Term Cover-Off positon located at the Wetaskiwin Campus. The end date for this position is estimated to be July 1, 2021.
- RN or LPN with related degree.
- Recent clinical experience in either an Acute Care, or Continuing Care setting
- Current CARNA or CLPNA registration
- Teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
SALARY: Commensurate with education and experience with immediate participation in our generous benefits and pension programs. This position is part of our Faculty Association.
