Membership for the 2024/2025 year are now open!
To become a member with CINA, you can register and pay online or download our printable form and register by mail or fax.
All memberships are valid for the one year period of April 1 to March 31. Fees are not prorated.
An individual, organization or company may become a member! The Membership Fees are as follows:
- Individual:
- Regular Member: $75
- Supporting Member: $75
- Retired Member: $20
- Undergraduate Student or Graduate Nurse Member: $20
- Government/Business Membership - $1,200
- Professional Organization Membership - $1,200
